O Digital Marketing - Responsible for developing
annual digital media plan. - Develop and implement all
digital ad campaigns, including Naver/Google, Kakao, SNS to acquire and convert
leads in coordination with HQ. - Providing feedback to HQ in
Managing the full scope of the brand site (Damiani.com) product descriptions,
pricing, images, category assignments, product categorization and base on sales
objectives to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage. - Maximize SEO activities,
drive traffic for Damiani.com. - Conduct in-depth content
engagement and performance analysis with HQ Product & Digital teams. - Manage local agency and
ensure they deliver the paid media campaigns and Digital projects collaborating
with marketing manager. - Coordinate with cross
functional teams (marketing, retail, merchandising and training) to ensure
alignment of content with company vision and support integrated campaigns. - Collaborate and control media
agency and to search for new media and opportunity. - Responsible for
administrative works. O E-commerce Merchandising - Plan and execute E-Commerce
strategy and align E-commerce sales monthly, yearly target with HQ &
Marketing team. - Follow global and local
marketing E-Business projects. - Analysis on competitors’
sales and keep tracking of competitors’ projects and trends. - Oversee all product-related
English to Korean translations. - Perform other related ad hoc
tasks and projects where necessary. - Drive sales performance
through data analysis and online products placement management while optimizing
customer experience. O Brand Image Management in
Digital - Monitor & follow up for
counterfeit and/or trademark related issues and/or reports. - Work with HQ legal team for
Copyright protection. O MKT/Communication Support - Support handling monthly /
yearly digital budget and plan. - Support marketing event (pop
up, HJ and pr event etc.). - Follow global and local
marketing guidelines. - Corporate with related
functional managers (Marketing, PR, Digital and other department managers). - Communication with HQ
marketing team to align local operation of the projects.

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력4년↑
- BA degree - 4-8 years of digital content,
merchandising or/and marketing experience. - Excellent level of spoken and
written English and Korean. - Proficient use of site
content and analytic tools. (Hybris, Content Sq, GA, Algolia) - Digital content experience
for a collection-driven luxury business is a plus come with creative yet
effective solutions. - Proven analytical skills. - Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills with various stakeholders. - Ability to prioritize and
multi-task under pressure with attention to details - Proactive and positive
attitude.
