- Liaising with department
stores operators for business development activities, as well as for the
management of the current network - Executing all operational
standards to be requested by department store operators for store personnel
issues, constructions, maintenance of store, promotional activities, etc. - Achieving sales and
performance objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures;
analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions - Completing store operational
requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work
results - Maintaining store staff by
recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees - Ensuring availability of
merchandise and services by liaising with MD manager and HQ Customer Service ;
maintaining inventories - Maintaining boutique image
and operations in a professional manner - Maintaining operations by
initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel
policies and procedures. - Tracking daily and monthly
sales, inventory and KPIs (i.e. store traffic) and providing feedback and
reports
- Supporting Managing Director in formulating
pricing policies by reviewing competitors’ activities; determining additional
needed sales promotion; authorizing sales and discounts; studying trends

- Experience in luxury retail
management - Managerial experience with an
emphasis on motivating and developing staff at various career levels - Great vision, self motivated,
excellent drive and enthusiastic - Good planning and
organizational skills - Ability to think
strategically, make sound decisions and put in place the proper business actions - Effective command of the
English language
