◆ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

? Manage full cycle of recruitment process of both store and office positions.

? Build the TA strategies and action plans in line with company business plans.

? Establish clear goals and KPIs of TA team to drive function results.

? Develop and implement employer branding strategies & projects to enhance brand awareness and attract potential candidates.

? Initiate and apply global talent acquisition and talent management projects.

? Organize and attend company career day, job fairs, campus recruiting through online, offline, and metaverse.

? Monitor and track metrics to measure trends and effectiveness and ensure timely and accurate reporting on recruitment performance and results.

? Stay continuously up to date on recruitment trends and employ a variety of creative new channels, tools, and techniques.

? Build strong relationships with vendors, universities, and high schools.

? Create various reports including salary survey, recruitment status, market trends to HR manager, HR director, and Spain HQ.
