Main Responsibility

This person will be responsible for Leica Camera Korea`s education and training program support and execution.

 

  1.      Leica Akademie (Leica customer education program) 

①     Plan and execute all Leica Akademie programs in line with the HQ guideline and local strategy
②     Manage and update 
Leica Akademie website (program pages, registration & payment process follow-up) and Instagram account

③     Develop Akademie program strategies that can attract and recruit new customers
④     Translate HQ education materials for local trainings
⑤     Analyze effectiveness of the Programs and submit regular reports

2. Training (Leica store staff training program)

①    Support Training manager for preparing and executing sales, clienteling and service trainings    
②    Develop training strategy and program for short/mid/long term Clienteling that can help store team 
to succeed in customer management.    
③    Translate HQ education materials for local trainings and adaptations    
④    Manage online training tool/application and report training results    
⑤    Test Leica products and prepare sample pictures    


3. Events and Others

①    Support all marketing, sales and customer events; from planning to execution
②    Monitor world wide and local photography/camera online communities, and other subsidiary`s activities
③    Analyze and report camera and luxury brand`s trends


Qualifications & Experience

  • ①      College/university degree with photography or related department    

    ②      2~5 years hands-on experience in retail training, sales or marketing in related brands    

    ③      Solid understanding of sales, retail training and camera industry    

    ④      Knowledge of photography, functions and history

    ⑤      Previous camera brand experience is a plus    

    ⑥      Proficient with MS office, MacOS, Adobe applications and Capture One

    ⑦      Business level in both spoken and written English

    ⑧      Interested in luxury brands, culture, art, technologies and sales    

    ⑨      Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills

①      근무장소: 서울시 강남구 테헤란로 208, 클래시스빌딩 2층 (*3월부터 청담동으로 이전)

②      처우: 경력에 따라 산정, 회사 내규에 따름

⑤     면접 절차

            1) 1차 면접 : 이력서, 자기소개서 및 포트폴리오를 바탕으로 면접

            2) 2차 면접 : 1차 면접 합격자에 한해 프레젠테이션 면접 (주제는 개별 통보)
