담당업무 - Recruitment activities and mainly responsible for recruitment of leasing workers. - Investigate and propose HR solutions to the issues related to the labor law - Compnay internal system management and develop the internal systems and HR policy management - Manages objectives and performance evaluation processes - Maintain data base of applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant`s qualifications. Arrange all the interviews for plant. - Manage Personnel File, administration and maintenance of records and employment file required by law. - Leasing employees management (Attendance, labor issue, complaints management, etc) - To be responsible for all the files and documents needed for new employee. Arrange new employees on board issues. - Responsible for leasing employees` payroll. - Manage health and safety issue. - Company Vehicle management. - Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. - Responsible for training management. 지원자격 - Over 5+ years of HR experience - Fluent in English - Solid understanding of labor law - Labor union experience - Good communication skills - Understanding of basic tax regulation 근무지 - 인천 송도(2024년 9월까지) - 대구시 (2024년 9월부터) - 근무지 이동에 따른 지원 있음
