An international luxury brand is searching for an FP&A Controlling Manager. The selected applicant will be overseeing the brand budget, latest trends, cost controls, financial analysis, and other related duties. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team members and provide direct coaching and guidance
• Deliver timely financial data for decision-making and capital investment analysis
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with brand management
• Provide standard metrics for tracking, reporting, and evaluating performance
• Determine cost reductions and profit improvement opportunities
• Assist in strategy development and implementation
• Develop standard operating and financial procedures to support operations

Requirements:

• Experience in a financial role covering a full range of Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, and general finance
• Expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, management reporting and forecasting
• Strong communication skills with business partners
• Prior management experience is advantageous
• Fluent level verbal and written English
