담당업무
1. Build sourcing strategy to maximize synergistic opportunities to
optimize supply chain operation efficiencies, supplier stability and cost
saving while meeting our requirements and expectations. 2. Develop and implement sustainable strategic procurement activities and
negotiate key supplier contracts. 3. Engage in and utilize a global procurement network inside organization
and align with project/product team. 4. Maintaining updated market information / trends and providing guidance
and recommendations to divisions in order to support margin and top line
growth. 5. Build strong and strategical relationships with business stakeholders
internally and externally including global team members to deliver the top tier
results with alignment of priorities and direction of company. 6. Identify cost-saving opportunities through Cost Saving Funnel management
and implement appropriate measures to optimize procurement costs. 7. Identify potential risk within the supply chain, including supplier
financial stability, geopolitical factors, and market fluctuations. 8. Set mitigation plan and implement processes to enhance supply chain
efficiency.
자격요건
< Qualifications > 1. Demonstrate over 8 years’ experience for building and implementation of
sourcing/ purchasing strategies and leading cost saving activities with cross
functional teams. 2. An experience/exposure to mechanical/electrical manufacturing markets in
LCR is preferred. 3. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Strong analytical and data skills with strong in the detail 5. Ability to deal effectively with multiple tasks, deadlines in rapidly
changing environment. 6. Positive attitude, self-driven, strong interpersonal skills, challenging
attitude and demonstrated effectiveness to drive accomplishing goals. 7. Bachelors’ degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Sourcing and/or a
related field. 8. Fluent speaking & writing in business English capability required. 9. Work experience in diverse & inclusive culture is preferred. 10. Flexible to travel. 11. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools
