[Position Description] This position works for planning company`s sales strategy while leading continuous performance growth. The lead performs a wide range of tasks both internal & external analysis of business & market, and strategic system establishment. This position direct report to International Commercial Lead, and dotted to Country Lead - Korea. Workplace is Hybrid - Work from home, Sejong head office and Seoul Innovation Center. (서울 종로구 인사동 R&D 센터와 세종시 본사와 혼합 근무, 협의 가능)
[Key Responsibilities] · Develop annual and mid to long-term strategies - Establish direction for sales strategy, and manage strategic challenges with action plans - Business environment and market environment analysis (competitors, supply status, distribution structure, cost structure, etc.), benchmark - Establish mid to long-term sales expansion & marketing strategies
· Manage sales revenue and performance - Analyze sales revenue and improve the obstacles to achieving the goal - Aggressive execution in multiple sales channel expansion - Identify opportunity markets and establish action plans
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
[Qualification & Requirement] · Strategic planning, Experience in identifying new clients and developing new markets · Understanding Food / Retail / FMCG Industries · Experience in food industry is preferred, but not required. · Fluent written and verbal English communication skills. · Understanding basic accounting knowledge including profit and loss flows · Structural and logical decision-making skills · Manage, analyze, and organize insight from market · Execute in a planned and driven manner to achieve a goal · Food / Retail / FMCG Industries MD human network holders
