Overall Job Scope:

-.     Implement overall C&B programs and ensure the processes in accordance with the total reward strategy and company policies

Key Internal Stakeholders:

-.    Internal: HR team, Business/Function leaders, People managers & associates

-.     External: C&B related vendors

Main Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

-.    Operate overall C&B programs - bonus, severance, benefits, accrual etc.

-.    Manage and administer operation of DB Retirement Pension.

-.     Conduct remuneration surveys and reflect the results in salary planning.

-.     Provide offer proposals and ad hoc special salary review proposals.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent

·       10+ years of in HRM, strong knowledge of labor law & MS functions (Very strong in Excel)

·       Multinational companies and matrix organization experience a must

·       Excellent communication/presentation skills and relationship building

·       Highly developed result agility and interpersonal skills

·       Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees

·       Able to maintain a strict code of confidentiality and discretion

·       Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines with attention to detail

·       Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Good command of spoken and written English
