Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                               

  • Manage the supply chain processes, including inventory analysis & planning, demand management & logistics management with a global unit
  • Responsible for creating PSI (Production, Sales and Inventory), including the coordination with sales, order management and supplier
  • Develop strategies and processes to maximize customer satisfaction through effective planning, 

Buying of series production management, distribution and materials management

  • Monitor material availability and alert S&OP participants in case of shortages / bottlenecks
  • Analyzing for monitoring stock level, closely communicating with logistic members to control warehouse capacity
  • Coordinating the weekly conference call with Global team and local S&OP team to maintain and enhance the current business processes
  • Advise the management of working status, material availability, potential production problems to ensure personnel, equipment, materials, etc.
  • Collect, aggregate and prioritize the demand requirements and assess the supply resources
  • Leading the local weekly S&OP meeting with the relevant teams in order to share and improve the on-time delivery & purchasing plan based on the sales and production planning
  • Weekly MRP running and analyzing
  • Creating the specific fixed production scheduling by utilizing the production capacity planning and sales forecast data
  • Management of inbound or outbound logistics operations with technical SAP skills
  • Evaluate the logistic operation flow through the improved and enhanced organizational process
  • Management of all buying of series production related process
  • Management of all import/export and transportation related process
  • Management of the events with the global & regional function to improve SCM as well as Operation process and find the solution about the issues and problems

 
Skills and Specifications                                                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                               

  • At least 10 years’ experience in Business Analysis and Planning
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Program / Project Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience of team management skills
  • Experience in a global company analyzing and representing operational efficiency 
  • Background in established MNC manufacturing environment with the fluent English
  • Must have a good understanding and work experience in SAP system
  • Highly analytical skills and good communication skills
  • Strong in numbers, data analysis and executing action based on the analysis

                                                                                                    
Education and Qualifications                                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                               

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor`s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master`s Degree, any field
  • Strong knowledge of business operations processes within supply chain operations and planning
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver)
  • Experience in the field of process and capabilities management and improvement with a record of implementation success and sustainability
  • Required SAP knowledge

Able to build partnerships across various functions and at the executive level
