As a member of Dell Technologies, Field Security Services (FSS) Team, the candidate will be responsible for the management of programs and technologies to provide protection to the organization, employees, assets, and reputation.
This position requires an individual who has a broad leadership skills and knowledge in the corporate security and resiliency domain in South Korea.
Responsible for the coordination and management of all Dell Technologies FSS processes and programs of the region.
Development, implementation and sustaining of processes at the sites covering service level to ensure the security of the end-to-end business operations are protected in support of overall Security and Operational objectives.
An ability to work with cross functional teams to solve problems is key. A good relationship with Law enforcement and Intelligence contacts is essential.
Capture and analyze security compliance reporting about incidents, risk events, assessments, visits, contract adherence and compare trends and identify risk mitigation opportunities.
Perform security audits and assessments on Dell Technologies and on supplier sites in alignment with FSS program.
Manages partnership with internal (SRO) and external stakeholders across a range of operations (Sales, Services, Products and Manufacturing)
Establishing policies and procedures related to this regional area of responsibility.
Conducting security risk assessments of facilities and operations within region or otherwise informed by the Regional Security Director.
Conducting and managing investigations partnering Global investigations and local law enforcement authorities where required
Partnering with the Regional Resiliency Lead in driving and implementing the crisis management program in the region
Overseeing the budget and expenditures of the above areas of responsibility
Establishing and maintaining liaison with the law enforcement community; professional networks and third-party resources
Establishing training and security programs for employees in accordance to GSO guidelines
Maintaining liaison with and providing professional consultation to the organizational leadership of the region
Providing support to Executive Protection, Event Security Management when needed
Regional Travel Security Program for pre and post traveler’s assistance and risk awareness preparation
Report incidents of loss and theft and generate executive summaries with recommendations on future risk mitigation strategies.
Organizing the physical protection at a facility and corporate event support
Supporting regional supplier audit and assessment programs to validate security posture of Physical Security processes and controls at a site level
A team player who can lead, adapt and work independently in their region with minimum supervision.
Strong verbal and written proficiency in English as a primary language, able to converse in their local language & understanding the various cultures in their respective country/region.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage a spectrum of audience from corporate leadership, governmental agencies to security officers.
Strong knowledge of security, technology and the ability to identify and evaluate policies, procedures to compliment the business objectives while protecting company personnel and assets.
Able to identify changing global/regional trends in security, adapt strategies and implement effective and practical solutions to existing/potential issues.
Aptitude for process transformation and ability to influence.
