포지션 및 자격요건







Training Assistant
 (6-months Contract)

*업무 평가 및 회사 상황에 따라 계약 연장 가능성 있음

Job Purpose:

  • - Contribute to the daily administration and coordination of training functions and events
  • - Support Trainers to research, organize, and learn new techniques to better educate trainees
  • - Typically work in an office environment and report to training supervisors
  • - Help to update/improve/develop training documents


Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage the administration of programs: attendance, training records, training evaluation compilation.
  • - Maintenance training tool including Company Training online module maintenance, translations
  • - Prepare online training course and schedules
  • - Collecting & Reporting Online training result / Follow up
  • - Organizes and coordinate logistics required for all training events (Organize training venues, training room set up, training documents, hotel, train/flights, meals…)
  • - Maintain training assets: catalogues, books, products (preparation for product sample)
  • Translate training materials


Requirements:

  • - Bachelor’s degree holder
  • - Preferably at least 2 years experiences related with training / Administration
  • - Fashion industry experience is preferred
  • - Competent PC skills in all Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
