It is responsible for corporate level operations and strategic agenda including fundraising, IPO, IR, M&A, and corporate planning & management ▣ 주요업무 - Establish long-term & short-term corporate strategy - Prepare and execute IPO - Manage investors/shareholders and raise funds - Manage Board of Directors and conduct quarterly Board of Directors meeting - Manage and communicate with subsidiaries, affiliates, and partner companies - Create corporate development/marketing materials (e.g. IR, BoD meeting) - Seek M&A opportunities and execute ▣ 자격요건 - Identify industry trend/implications and apply into corporate level strategy - Communicate with investors, boards, and partners in timely manner - Collaborate with other teams in productive and proactive manner - BA degree in Business Admin or BS degree in EE, Industrial Engineering, or related field - Management consulting experience with business/corporate development projects, is a plus - Knowledge of semiconductor, or related field, is a plus - IPO/fundraising experience, is a plus - Excellent collaborative work style, and strong interpersonal and team skills - Ability to identify key issues, analyze data, and make recommendations to address problems - Ownership for deciated task - Fluent in English ▣ 접수방법 1. 이력서(사진첨부 / 연락처 및 희망 연봉기재) 2. 자기(경력)소개서(근무회사 소개 및 주요 경력업무 위주로 기재) 3. 가급적 MS-word 자료를 부탁드립니다. ※ 채용마감일이 따로 있지는 않으며 채용시 마감인 관계로 빠른 지원을 부탁드립니다.
