Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Professional Experience
(satisfy at least one of the listed qualifications) Minimum of 10 years’ experience in human
resource management, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment,
preferably footwear. Skills ·
Strong verbal and written
communication skills in English (Native or very fluent), demonstrated fluency
in both informal conversations and formal business interactions. ·
Knowledge of the footwear
manufacturing industry’s specific challenges, opportunities, and employment
landscape. ·
Familiarity with employment
laws and regulations related to manufacturing. ·
Strong communication,
leadership, and interpersonal skills. ·
Demonstrated ability to
develop and implement successful HR strategies in a manufacturing setting. ·
Professional HR certification
(e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable. ·
Excellent project management
skills with a proven track record of driving projects from inception to
completion.
