The successful candidate will oversee Novo Nordisk MCE strategy implementation and digital marketing project execution. Main tasks include executing and managing MCE projects as a project leader, developing new MCE channels, and optimizing existing MCE channels to accelerate business units’ customer interaction, as well as plan & execute MCE with Insights/Measurements. The role will directly report to the MCE Lead. Other role tasks are detailed below.
- ㆍDeliver local and global multichannel customer engagement projects, develop action items with brand teams to accelerate multichannel customer engagement, work with consulting and market research agencies to implement action plans according to MCE strategies, as well as with third parties to increase access to potential customers
- ㆍEstablish new customer interaction channel for NN internal (business units) & external stakeholders such as Healthcare professionals (HCP) and patients. Monitor MCE engagements including KakaoTalk/E-mails/HCP portal/etc to increase customer access and brand awareness. The role is also expected to manage, develop and add relevant functions or features to create user-friendly MCE platform and meet customer needs, and define appropriate non-F2F engagement channels by customer segmentation and targeting.
- ㆍBuilds content calendar with deliverables and drives cross-brand and TA (Therapeutic Area) alignment with MKT (Marketing). Create customer journey based on customer insights. The role will also leverage insights to make sound decisions on how to make the best content to the right customer, assist the MCE Lead to plan short-term and long-term goals for MCE team, as well as help to accelerate non-F2F customer engagement tactics to help NN brand teams. The role will also conduct market research and/or competitor benchmarking analysis to develop digital strategies.
- ㆍEnsure teamwork, timely communication with cross functional teams, conduct global communication with APAC MCE team, convey MCE initiatives to brand teams and ensure follow up on plans, promotion strategy and engagement actions items, align opportunities, challenges and priorities of Customer Engagement Unit within NNPK, establish close communication with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and provide solutions to meet those needs, and have consistent and continuous collaboration and ad-hoc input and/or participation in cross-functional projects.

ㆍMust hold a bachelor’s degree. Degree in related fields such as in business, management or marketing, is an advantage. - ㆍThe candidate must have at least 4 years of overall work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in either digital/innovation/MCE background is preferred, and 2+ years of consulting experience is an advantage
- ㆍPharmaceutical industry background a plus
- ㆍMust have strong project management skills
- ㆍMust have English proficiency, both written and spoken
