*채용부문: 

교육팀 트레이너 (영어 fluent) (경력 2-8년)

*업무내용

국내외 화장품 영어 교육 (제품 교육 등) 실시간 트레이닝 담당.

교육기획, 교육자료 개발, 디지털 교육 콘텐츠 제작 기획

영업채널별 교육 (국내 및 해외)

 1) Redevelopment of educational materials

 Compilation of educational materials by country or education channel.

 Accurately and promptly responds to requests for educational materials of internal/external.

2) Creation and edit of digital educational contents

 Plan and discuss video production and editing.

 Produce short videos for educational channels. 

 Editing existing educational videos to fit the purpose.

3) Implementation of Launch Training by Sales Channel

 Plans training implementation plans according to the annual launch and campaign plans.

 Performs tasks according to the purpose of communication with managers of internal/external channels.

 Understands the training process, provide training materials suitable for each channel, and implement training.

 Plays a role as an expert by participating in BA training and other press events.

*자격요건

 경력 2~8년. (교육경력필수. 영어능통 필수)

   (화장품 교육+ 영어 교육 경력이 가장 좋습니다.

   화장품이 아닌 명품, 패션 등 소비재,  리테일 브랜드에서 영어 교육, 트레이너 업무 경력자도 가능합니다)

 컴퓨터활용능력 (Microsoft Office, 특히 MS PowerPoint) 상급

 교육 비디오 제작 경험. 이러닝 시스템 및 온라인 교육 경험

 영어 능통 (영어 교육 가능. 영어 교재 작성 가능)

 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 교육 스킬

 협업 능력, 화장품 산업에 대한 이해

 4년제 대졸이상, 남녀무관, 관련 전공자 우대

 해외유학, 해외거주, 글로벌 기업 경력 보유 우대 

*근무조건

- 직급: 경력에 따라 

- 근무지 : 서울 강남 

- 근무시간: 9시-6시, 주5일 (출근시간 선택 가능, 주 1~2회 재택근무 가능)

- 급여조건: 연봉제(최종연봉 기재바람)
