- Develop and execute creative
strategies that align with the brand’s vision and goals for boutiques, boutique
opening, window projects, event setup, pop-ups, in-store animations, and
special projects including seasonal visual initiatives in collaboration with
Merchandising and Retail. - Roll out global marketing
campaign collaterals for visual merchandising. - Conceptualize, implement and
adapt visual merchandising guidelines and creative styling directions for
boutiques in line with the central guidelines and specific to market needs - Stay up-to-date with industry
trends and best practices to ensure that the brand is innovative and
competitive. - Develop and maintain strong
relationship with vendors and suppliers to source materials for displays,
props, seasonal installations and etc. - Evaluate and elevate country
VM teams’ performance and work quality to ensure that the results meet the
standards of the brand. - Support in-store VM and
production VM to improve the installation and VM quality each time. - Provide training programs to
ensure that brand standards are being implemented. - Manage the budget and
resources to maximize impact within the given timeline and approved budget.

ㆍ경력 : 경력15년↑
- Over 15 years’ experience in
managing sizeable corporate production and visual merchandising team - High level of knowledge in
production and technical management for large-scale corporate events, pop up
and windows productions - Aligning regional team from
brief through production, ensuring consistency with brand image, within
budgetary parameters and to market specifications - Familiar with graphics output
and software packages including AI, Photoshop and 3D drawings - Willing to work in flexible
schedule based on the changing priorities - Mobility to travel
