▶주요업무 The role of PSS Business Partner, Korea is crucial within the Procurement as it involves transferring Zone strategic transformation and guidance to local BU level. PSS Business Partner, Korea is responsible for leading Source-toPay(S2P) process standardization, driving efficiency, ensuring process compliance, implementing Tech Procurement digitalization at the BU level, not only for Korea but also for India and Vietnam. 1. Define SLA/OLA/KPIs ? Define business description (process, input and out flows, suppliers, customers, support rules) ? Design the activities workflow and deliverables for the Procurement Process ? Define service level agreement and metrics booklet ? Identify critical activities and metrics ? Define and confirm SLA/OLA/KPI s with owners/stakeholders ? Measure SLA/OLA/KPIs, compare to targets and distribute results 2. Execute Corrective Actions ? Review SLA/OLA/KPI report and identify areas for improvement ? Identify improvement areas and review corrective actions with owners ? Establish and execute corrective actions ? Revise SOPs if necessary 3. Execute Continuous Process Improvement ? Define performance issue/problem in process ? Define measurement procedure ? Analyse deviations in SLA/OLA/KPIs and historical databases to find the root causes ? Conduct root-cause identification and propose preventive and corrective actions ? Revise process/SOPs if needed 4. Procurement Compliance ? Ensure RPO operates within established guidelines for TEL purposes ? Support preparation and execution of Annual Reports ? Ensure RPO operates within established guidelines for internal controls (SOX, Legal, Audit) ▶자격요건 1. Education - University Degree or equivalent - Ideally Green Belt or Black Belt 2. Critical skills needed for success in this position: A. Languages: English (and Local when applied) as the working language, other languages are an advantage. B. S2P Process experience and Procurement Sourcing experience. C. Project management experience D. Establishing collaborative working relationships E. Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
