CS/DP Operations

담당업무

 - Responsible for the assigned accounts / trade lanes 

- Follow up with customer to obtain completed and accurate doc. to meet with the export/import regulation. 

- Attend to all customers enquiries and respond in a timely manner with accurate information. 

- Provide timely and accurate flight schedule to customers. 

- Coordination with overseas stations 

- Document processing for Air Export/Import shipment. 

- Ensure proper file opening/closing/checking in system within the set timeframe. 

- Ensure invoices are issued on time and accurately. 

- Arrange EDI transmission to the customs house 


자격요건

- 국제물류에 관심이 많으며 꾸준히 해당 분야에서 커리어 성장을 희망하시는 분

- 고객중심적 사고로 팀과 협업이 가능하신 분

- 정확하고 꼼꼼하며 침착하게 우선순위를 잘 파악하여 업무 수행이 가능하신 분 

- 영문 이메일 독해/작문 가능하신 분 (회화 가능자 우대)

- 컴퓨터 활용(엑셀) 능력이 우수하신 분


전형절차

ㆍ서류전형 > 1차면접(팀장) > 2차면접(부서장) > 최종합격

ㆍ1차면접이 팀장+부서장 면접으로 함께 진행될 경우, 2차 면접이 생략될 수 있습니다.

ㆍ면접일정은 서류전형 합격자에 한하여 별도 통보됩니다.
