Job Description ? Develop partner network that will enhance the value of our concierge services to clients and customers, including wine & dining, shopping, arts & culture, events, travel, luxury brands
? Generate revenue for partnership products, consult with clients on loyalty and custom benefits program design, marketing promotions, and associated marketing and materials development.
? Develop lifestyle e-newsletters and destination guides to value add to customers through bespoke content
? Plan and execute client events and campaigns to expose our brand and service more effectively as well as our partners’ brand
? In conjunction with the Region and Group Partnership, Product and Digital team, develop, implement and manage the global partnership/provider strategy in line with local product framework
? Prepare and review partner contracts as well as execution of partner agreements and contract renewal process.
? Understand clients` changing needs and identify client growth opportunities as they relate to loyalty (e.g., rewards, marketing promotions, benefits, experiences and sponsorships).
? Ensure partner quality control and feedback process.
Job Requirements ? Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field required. ? 4+ years of experience developing partnerships, loyalty, rewards, events, and/or partner programs. ? 4+ years of relevant partnership, sales &/or marketing experience in Loyalty & Rewards Program, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality (including digital e-commerce partners) ? Experience in marketing programs and working with clients to establish needs and drive growth. ? Experience managing direct reports and senior stakeholders ? Experience working with multiple countries and cultures. ? Experience negotiating and executing partner agreements. ? Superior organizational skills, project planning and detail orientated ? Experience in a company known for hospitality or service orientation ? High level of creativity and problem-solving skills. ? Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. ? Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills ? Able to effectively multitask and diverse constituencies. ? High proficiency in MS office and Internet applications. ? Strong industry knowledge and trends of affluent lifestyle segment, in travel, dining, shopping, sports, culture, and experiences. ? Good understanding of the product benefits and loyalty programs in the credit cards/luxury brands market. ? Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
