Ⅰ.Development Support
- Give guidance to Sales team
regarding adequate block pattern/body specs and construction

details that helps increasing
productivity and meets the brand’s
standard.

- Support creating measurement chart by adding/deleting the necessary POM into the PLM system.

Ⅱ. Fit/Pre-Production Sample Preview and Follow-up
- Analyze/evaluate garment samples on mannequins based on the given specifications, comments, and brand aesthetic.

- Conduct root cause analysis and problem solve all issues related to pattern balance, garment construction and workmanship.

- Review pattern and provide correction comments to sample room.
 

- Effectively communicate fit intent, balance and construction standards to factories, merchandizers, pattern makers and sample room.

- Responsible for confirming measurement chart for grading and extended size conversion in PLM

Ⅲ. Other Responsibilities
- Track and manage workflow in partnership with sales team to ensure seasonal deadlines are met and fit approval status is communicated to the Brand.

- Give guidance to Vietnamese local TDs and monitor their daily tasks.

- Responsible to train new employee on construction standards, measuring methods, aesthetic, fit and balance requirements, safety requirements and pattern reviewing methods.

- Attend the summit and training sessions hosted by brand either in person or online and make a recap.

- Conduct the internal training sessions for the relevant teams regarding the updated process manual of the brand.

• - Hard working, high responsibility, especially strong passion in Garment industry
• - Knowledge of pattern, construction and garment manufacturing methods
• - Bachelor’s degree in fashion design/garment technology preferred
• - Proficiency in spoken and written English (must be able to conduct Zoom fit meetings with buyer in English)
• - Time management, planning and scheduling
• - Experienced in CAD program (styleCAD) and 3D software (Clo/Browzwear) is a plus
• - Proficiency in a MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point/Outlook)
