A Plant Manager position is now available at an international machinery manufacturer. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations to drive performance and revenue. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Lead organisational development, engineering procurement, process optimisation, and service excellence
• Evaluate risk in decision-making processes
• Adapt and execute overall group strategies
• Develop strategy and implementation of products in coordination with global division management
• Ensure achievement of high standards of quality, service, and safety
• Facilitate integration of potentially newly acquired operations into the current organisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, industrial engineering, or related domain
• Prior experience as an executive or management for a larger department or organisation
• Practical experience in a multinational company
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in Korean and English
