A medical AI development organisation is looking for an AI Researcher. The selected applicant will create and verify AI systems for the reconstruction, analysis, and interpretation of medical images. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Enhancing and optimising image quality through medical imaging domain expertise
• Deliver research findings and advancements at clinical and technical conferences and in journal articles
• Work together with physicians and other researchers to support the development of the clinical evidence portfolio
• Stay up to date on the most recent advancements in AI and medical imaging
• Discuss unmet clinical and technical needs with external collaborators

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or other related technical domain
• 2-5 years of professional experience in ML or DL in computer vision, medical imaging, or related
• Author of papers in medical imaging, ML/DL, or computer vision conferences or journals
• Knowledge in Python and ML/DL frameworks
• Prior theoretical background in medical physics (MRI is advantageous)
• Fluent level written and verbal English is a plus
