Introduction to the job The Customer Support Organization is maintenance of the ASML systems at customer site and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. You may perform these tasks for the customers within the specific regions and local base on Hwasung office.
Role and responsibilities - Monitor, maintain and optimize equipment on a daily basis to enhance functionality and prevent problems. - Analyze problems occurring in mutual product system using various SW tools and provide suitable solutions to customers. - Advise users of appropriate actions to correct malfunctions in a timely manner. - Independently and accurately prepare written technical reports. - Provide appropriate support and assistance to less experienced ASML personnel as necessary. - Provide accurate analysis and action plans for complex problems in collaboration with GSC engineers. - Execute various option upgrades to improve system performance. - Develop various options in collaboration with GSC/D&E to improve the system performance to the best. - Normal office work type.
Education and experience - BS degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience. - 0~2 years experienced
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customer.
- Demonstrated experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing.
