ASML코리아의 MPS부서는 PAS장비를 서포트하는 부서로, Shift 근무가 아닌 형태로 근무합니다. 

Introduction to the job

The Customer Support Organization is maintenance of the ASML systems at customer site and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. You may perform these tasks for the customers within the specific regions and local base on Hwasung office.

Role and responsibilities

- Monitor, maintain and optimize equipment on a daily basis to enhance functionality and prevent problems.

- Analyze problems occurring in mutual product system using various SW tools and provide suitable solutions to customers.

- Advise users of appropriate actions to correct malfunctions in a timely manner.

- Independently and accurately prepare written technical reports.

- Provide appropriate support and assistance to less experienced ASML personnel as necessary.

- Provide accurate analysis and action plans for complex problems in collaboration with GSC engineers.

- Execute various option upgrades to improve system performance.

- Develop various options in collaboration with GSC/D&E to improve the system performance to the best.

- Normal office work type.

Education and experience

- BS degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience.

- 0~2 years experienced

- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customer.

- Demonstrated experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing.
