모집부문 및 자격요건

모집부문

- HR (인사팀) 사원/대리 직급 (관련 경력 1년 이상)

담당업무

1.Deliver high quality, responsible services to management and employees.

2.Manage accessibility to HR system and software program

3.Deal with development and improvement of training related activities and

evaluate effectiveness.

4.Conduct the OJT for hiring new staffs.

5.Manage and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of employment law and

general HR practice.

6.Handle the compensation & benefit program

7.Manage recruiting process from job-posting to on-boarding

8.Support a company event such as outdoor activity, kick off meeting, Year Ending

party, monthly communication meeting.

자격요건

§1+ year of experience working in Human Resources field

§Fluent in both English and Korean

§Excellent verbal and written communication skills

§Excellent interpersonal skills

§Demonstration of fairness & constructive attitude to establish mutual respect & trust.

§Great persuasiveness for gaining suitable acceptance and participation.

§Analytical skills to contribute optimal profitability.

§Create high performance teams committed to organizational goals.

- 근무형태 : 계약직 (1년)
