담당업무

Financial Management: 

- Develop, monitor and manage accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards 

- Deliver month end closing and bank reconciliations. 

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts. 

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights. 

- Monitor budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of funds. 

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, oversee annual audits and annual tax filings.  

- Collaborate with external vendors to enhance processes. 

Operations Management: 

- Implement and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency and organization. 

- Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation. 

- Manage contracts, leases, and legal documents. 

- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards. 

- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop continuous improvement solutions. 

Compliance and Governance: 

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. 

- Collaborate with Head of Operations to address compliance-related matters. 

- Implement internal controls and risk management strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks

자격요건

- Bachelor`s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. 

- Relevant work experience in finance, with a focus on analytical and problem-solving skills. 

- Knowledge and experience in IFRS. 

- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, Xero, etc.), financial modelling, and data analysis tools. 

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts. 

- Relevant certifications such as CPA, or CFA preferred
