담당업무

JOB FUNCTION:
 
Works independently to implement global/regional/local Learning and Development programs and projects. Supports team in planning and implement global and regional projects.
Collaborates with internal customers to gain knowledge of learning needs, and
conducts and or facilitates specific learning and development programs.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • 1. Assist to formulate and implement yearly learning and development plan based on the business and organizational needs.
  • 2. Fully understand features and designs of complex learning and development programs and effectively deploy to achieve desired business outcomes
  • 3. Facilitate post training application with program stakeholders.
  • 4. Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on the objectives and the evaluation. Share best practices with other team members. Provide advice and apply diverse approach to help participants learn effectively.
  • 5. Analyze post training reports and develop actions based on the analysis. Provide the Learning Management System (LMS) team with constructive suggestions to ensure the effectiveness of the LMS.
  • 6. Evaluate instructor performance. Provide feedback and coaching to external consultants and in-house trainers.
  • Implement a solid in-house trainer/consultant management process. Build up professional relationship with external training vendors, universities and other relevant institutions.
  • 7 Lead regional project and/or local learning and development projects. Communicate timely to project stakeholders to ensure efficient approaches. Engage and influence team members to keep up momentum of the project.
  • 8. Facilitate supervisory and general staff training and workshops.
  • 9. Assist in deploy and deliver change management programs, processes and interventions that support company strategy deployment.
  • 10. Provides other duties as directed.


자격요건

  • 1. University degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree) in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field plus generally 6 years professional level experience. Experience working in a multi-national company preferred. 
  • 2. Detailed knowledge of learning & Development, instructor-led training, online training and learning practices.  
  • 3. Demonstrated ability to assess learning and development needs, administer programs and manage projects.  
  • 4. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.  Learning Management Systems and digital tools preferred.
  • 5. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • 6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 7. Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and skills to enhance work quality
  • 8. Excellent facilitation skills for general staff and supervisory programs
  • 9. Good at leading project team
  • 10. Experience in support Learning and Development program design and delivery preferred
  • 11. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
