Position and Qualifications

Cargo Project Manager 

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

  • - Project cargo business development, management, procurement, solution.
  • - Take lead on Marine Chartering, seeking part charter/full charter options for Break Bulk /RORO / OOG cargoes.
  • - Be a good team leader by supporting the team members
  • - Develop project activities and campaigns locally and globally wise with overseas colleagues.
  • - Project Training: Improve personal capability through training as well as guide other staff in the project team.

Detailed Responsibilities :

  • - Business development for project cargo
  • - Support overseas project team provide related solution and price, especially on BB K shipments/marine chartering.
  • - Support oversea and local sale manager for the coming project SOP/Workflow accomplish.
  • - Responsible for the operation of BBK/RORO shipments, includes local operation, port handling and vessel loading
  • - Responsible for the Risk Management Control of the Main project.
  • - Responsible for project training (EHS, Project solution, Risk management etc..)
  • - Work with Carrier/Supplier contacts for updates and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • - Be able to address the concerns involving cost, quality, logistics and delivery.
  • - Responsible for implementation and localization of key regional initiatives and programs.
  • - Responsible for preparation of marketing/sales/bidding documents.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor graduate, major in related is preferable.
  • Above 7 years work experiences in industry project dept. of forwarding company
  • Knowledge of global project freight forwarding.
  • Familiar with international forwarding business procedure
  • Excellent English in written and spoken 
    - Strong communication skills;
    - Good command of communication skill and team player
