▶ Job Description
ㆍEdit and proofread English subtitles translated from Korean content with proper
linguistic tone and flow.
ㆍCreate and manage assets such as style guides and glossaries to maintain linguistic
quality that meets Kiwi Vine’s standards.
ㆍCollaborate with Kiwi localization teams and freelancers to improve accuracy and
consistency of localized work, and deliver by set deadlines.
ㆍCreate training materials for the team and conduct necessary training.
ㆍSet clear team goals and KPI.
ㆍStrategically implement methods that optimize team workflow and performance.
ㆍMonitor, supervise, and effectively delegate work to team members.
ㆍManage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously in an organized manner.
ㆍLiaise with clients to successfully meet client requirements.
ㆍActively participate in potential client recruitment process.

ㆍCultural competence

ㆍExhibit strong leadership skills
ㆍStrong grammar and punctuation skills (American English preferred)
ㆍHigh proficiency in English and Korean (TOPIK level 6)
