Develop
and execute territory business plan that results in achievement of assigned
sales target.

Utilize
selling skills to ensure customer needs are met and territory sales targets
achieved through regular customer contact.

Customer
development with ethical business mindset and scientific detailing.

Identify
new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory
while maintaining existing business

Attend
marketing activities, conferences, exhibitions, booth as required.
l Effective Territory Management

Develop
and report weekly & monthly plans and results.

Develop
and maintain territory and customer records using CRM, and complete and accurate weekly
customer visit entry through CRM.

Conduct
slide presentations, advisory speaker meetings and etcs with customer base, as
required.

Ensure
all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with
company standards and Code of Conduct.

Forecast and track performance metrics(e.g.
quaterly sales reaults, call results, GPs, budget spending and other key
activities)
l Ensure the Highest Level of Products/
Market Knowledge (15%)

Updates
knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, academic congress etc.

Market
update with business insight and communicate market intelligence to the team
& manager.

Contributes
information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products.

Identify
and grow opportunities within territory and collabotate with teams to ensure
growth attainment.
l Building Relationship with Customers

Operate
as the lead point of contact for any/all matters specific to the customers.

and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationship, and develop a trusted
advisor relationship with key customers.
