[Key tasks of the Job]

  •        Responsible for the strategic sourcing and key food category management, such as Produce, Potato, Frying Oil and Beverage.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure deliverables meet company standards.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sourcing and procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with market trends, technology, and best practices in Quick Service Restaurant industry.


[Required knowledge & Experience]

  •      Minimum 5 years working experience in similar roles in purchasing environment. 
  • Proven experience in direct & indirect sourcing procurement.
  • Proven track record in internal stakeholders & supplier relationship management.
  • Considerable knowledge in food safety and regulatory compliance.
  • A good understanding of key financials for supply chain management.
