Sales Manager (임원급)

The Sales Manager (이사급) is primarily responsible for direct and indirect sales in Korea and has a leadership 
role for 
the local sales organization, directly reporting to the country GM. This role leads the promotion and selling of the full range of industrial equipment to direct customers, partners, and resellers across Korea. He/she provides strong leadership to 5+ sales engineers and builds cohesive partnerships with other business units such as 
supplies sales, marketing, and 
service & customer service units.

담당업무

  •   Generate and ensure incremental revenue growth in Korea.
  • ○  Work with the country GM to identify current and future business opportunities by developing strategic sales plans that optimize specific regional success factors.
  • Maximize sales growth by driving communication, identifying compelling value propositions, technology 
    selection, competitive price and discount models, and terms.
  • ○  Build, manage, and nurture a world-class high-performing sales organization.


자격요건

To qualify for this role, you must have a combination of the following:

  • ○  Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business administration. 
  • At least 10+ years of sales and business development experience for industrial equipment.
  • ○  Demonstrated track record of consistent sales achievement.
  • ○  Solid team/people management experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate across multiple segments and regions.
  • ○  Exceptional business communication skills in English and Korean.
  • ○  Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
