▣ 담당업무 및 자격요건

Primary Job Function:
-Responsible for full P&L and People management of company’s marketing strategies and activities
-Responsible for developing and implementing key strategic initiatives within Korea’s Marketing organization that will optimize the business, thereby maximizing revenue, sales and profit targets
-In charge of analyzing business performance of the marketing organization and determining what strategies will be successful.
-Should provide visibility and be accountable for the top marketing initiatives.
-Accountable for developing people & attracting and retaining talents

Core Job Responsibilities:
-The Marketing Director is responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
-Business Performance ? Responsible for analyzing business performance and determining what strategies are successful. Understand overall market trends for business improvement. Analyze country performance versus market potential and targets. Drive demand planning and forecast accuracy.
-Market Awareness ? Understand the market environment and business model to implement operational strategy and tactics. Be familiar with the key customer needs and stay abreast of market changes and trends including governmental/regulatory/payers new policies. Identify trends, issues and opportunities in order to develop solutions to enhance business performance. Identify and analyze potential markets, make recommendations on how to deploy resources and evaluate new market opportunities.
-Strategic Development ? Develop and implement marketing operational strategies for Korea EPD division. Define operational strategy and execution plan to deliver against Plan. Drive market development activities for growth including assessment, product & marketing strategy development, forecasting and overall coordination of new product launches.
-Process Optimization - Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the organization. Drive demand planning and forecast accuracy. Will work closely with the General Manager, the local EPD Korea leadership team and the EPD APAC region.
-Margin Improvement ? Responsible for margin and product pricing. Provides the analytical, operational strategic and financial modeling to support and maximize demand.
-Key Projects ? Assigned key projects as needed within the commercial organization.

Minimum Experience/Knowledge required:
-Bachelor’s degree
-Minimum 10 years of Commercial (sales or marketing) experience with proven strategic thinking & planning capability
-Extensive exposure to workings of HCPs in region & some familiarity with regulatory/compliance arenas
-Prior working experience in cross-cultural and/ or matrixed environments
-Collaborative leadership and coaching capabilities
-Self-starter, aggressive for continuous improvement
-Capable of timely and fast, accurate deliverables
-Demonstrated ability to develop and implement market commercial strategies
-Proficient in budgeting, project planning, and financial analysis
-Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal skills
-Ability to lead through influence and direct reports
-Strong internal customer orientation and communication
-Strong project management experience
-Strong ethical values
