1. Supply planning and inventory
management (40%)
- Set supply plan monthly according to demand plan
- Fix monthly sourcing plan based on rolling forecast, stock, MOQ and
leadtime
- Share forecasted sourcing plan of PK to suppliers in advance
- Update quarterly/yearly price and check price up/down with estimated
impact
- Check any changes of demand closely with demand planner and adapt it to
sourcing plan
- Handle urgent/unplanned request from demand changes and adapt it to the
plan.
- Monitor stock level daily and monthly by checking each item which have a
risk of out of stock, aging, phase out or returned
- List items not released for several months and alarm the status of the
stocks
- Discuss how to deal with the stock and clear slow & excess stock with
cross function team
- Manage Goods in transit
stock based on stock level
2. Manage
oversea sourcing process (30%) - Place an order weekly to each plant or third-party
suppliers based on monthly supply plan and split the quantity to be arrived
partially
- Keep track of delivery schedule and evaluate how well goods loaded from
each plant and arrive on time
- Provide early alarm on any shipment or import risk and plan counter
action to minimize business disruption
- Check stock availability and lead time with PCs for urgent order request
and let available timing of delivery.
- Adjust shipping method or schedule from open orders if needed.
- Manage all relevant documents for importing : facility registration
documents, shipping documents, TDS, labeling etc.
3. New
product development ? NPD (15%) - Provide available timeline of NPD for imported
goods to team
- Request sample arrangement to each PC based on
request from other dept.
- Calculate estimated landed price
- Check required documents or
certificate for quarantine(According to Special Act of Imported Foods by MFDS)
4. Claim
follow up (10%) - Receive complaints from customers / warehouse / QC for imported FG or RM - Create a complaint on the system or claim report to third party supplier - Monitor progress of claim updated and follow up additional request from
production plant - Handle complaint through insurance company and support survey if needed
- Receive
or issue a credit/debit note and official letter
5. Monthly
Closing (5%)
- Update monthly account payable list - Issue commission invoices - List up imported samples in month
- Update
goods in transit

work experience -Work experience
in customs agent is preferred. -Proficient in
written English communication. -Service minded,
co-operative, must be a team player with excellent organization and
co-ordination skills -Excellent

fast learner
