Role & Responsibilites

  • - Develop on production planning from a supply perspective, ensuring defined productions to demand which is alignment with commercial strategy, financial plan, business unit direction, and capital tied up targets
  • - Run analyses of customer group/concept growth potential to identify opportunities and recommend strategy in collaboration with Sales team
  • - Provide rolling update on forecast and deviation from current plan of HQ/market demand and inventory levels to proactively identify needed actions (short, mid, and long term) on productions & stock management
  • - If additional buying methods and roles are applicable in factory/OEM, responsible for defining ways of working and syncing with these
  • - Constantly explore and implement how to improve the field of productions and stock management in factory/OEM bring successful examples to the global SCM team
  • - Roll out way of working of new initiatives in factory/OEM, in collaboration with global SCM team
  • - Set up stock management strategies to reach inventory targets while maximizing sales and profit
  • - Develop exit strategies and take actions for unwanted inventory to maximize selling and profitability
  • - Rolling collaboration with Sales and SCM team to understand current challenges and productions needs
  • - Forecast, budget, and follow up of reduction costs with Supply Chain Management team lead


Requirements

- ±4~8 years of SCM experience, preferably in a FMCG, supply & planning, or similar role
  • - Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Economics/Finance, or similar field
  • - Experience of FMCG Production(OEM), Stock management and Distribution operations (Including 3PL management)
  • - Strong mindset to exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
  • - Structured way of working and demonstrate excellent analytical skills with proven experience
  • - Collaborative personality and good communication skills
