- 대학졸업자: Chemical/Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics 등 전공자
- English fluent

- Responsible for learning and applying sales processes, brands, products and techniques used to offer solutions to automotive and industrial customers to drive profitable growth when sold either directly or in conjunction with designated Distributor(s).

- Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of sales planning and the annual business planning processes with emphasis on profitable growth
- Build a personal understanding of market conditions, competitor activity and emerging trends
- Execute defined Marketing and programs
- Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of credit and pricing policies and OPEX management.
- Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of effective coaching and communication techniques to build positive business relationships with Distributors and customers
- Perform other duties or activities as assigned by supervisor
- Develop working knowledge of the SSHE processes, plans, tools, and observations methodology
- Understands and applies assigned processes and controls plan
- Understands the Brand and Product Integrity incident investigation/ gap closure process, participate as required
