ㆍDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the site in close cooperation with the Regional HR ㆍDirector and aligned with the overall business and Corporate HR strategy. ㆍAs Member of the plant management team; dotted reporting line to Plant Manager (matrix organisation).
ㆍBe point of contact for all (Human Resources) HR related topics such as HR administration, recruitment (all levels/production and non-production positions), performance and salary reviews and talent development etc. ㆍImplement strategic talent acquisition plans, responsible for the whole cycle of needs identification, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring and on boarding. ㆍManage the full cycle for payroll (local system) including upload to bank in close collaboration with Finance; filing and paying withholding taxes on salary & wage income and retirement income; administer all social securities and year-end tax settlement. ㆍMaintain pay plan and benefits program. ㆍTake an active role in coaching and understanding the business and the employee issues ㆍRepresenting the HR department during customer and other audits and legal cases.

자격요건
ㆍBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training; experience in Automotive or manufacturing a must ㆍMininmum 3 to 5 years progressive Human Resources Business experience required ㆍKnowledgeable of local, state, and federal employment law and regulations ㆍHighly organized with a record of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines ㆍPayroll handling experience a must ㆍMust be able to attract new labor effective on short-term notice, be able to stand a strong position in the market situation ㆍWork with direct labor recruiters/suppliers ㆍProficient user knowhow in SAP SuccessFactors ㆍAble and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
