Introduction

Support Hynix CT to secure safe and healthy work environment and robust environmental performance for our employees working in office environments and working on ASML systems in the Customer fab (including all operations at customers fabs; installs, upgrades and service activities).

Role and Responsibilities

• - Drive and manage all EHS activities in the SK hynix IC/CJ. - Manage EHS dashboard/KPI’s and secures safety incident reporting and follow-up process (including management review). - Secure SRB(Safety Review Board) process available for 7*24hours. - Establish Safety Awareness initiatives that drive a ‘Safety First’ culture that encourages and rewards proper safety behavior, promotes openness and a high level of enthusiasm and morale. - Identify best practices and lead continual improvement initiatives to reduce level of risk on work process, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices. - Be responsible for the Hazard identification and Risk assessment for CS operation including office. - Provide EHS guidance & communication, management advice, training, and coaching for management and staff. - Monitors and controls ISO 45001 EHS Management System - Support local compliance team to address Product Safety related issues including working with DE and escalation process. - Drive site safety audits to ensure internal and external compliance. - Secure all EHS required onsite records and reports are complete, accurate and submitted per established procedures. - Make sure to keep the latest version of local emergency response plan with available procedure and emergency network liaising with `Corporate Crisis Management Plan` and do maintain a periodic emergency drill. - Act as a member of `Local Crisis Management Team when an emergency outbreak. - Role as people manager of regional EHS team (Coach/manage/develop the EHS specialists/EUV Safety engineers and secures adequacy and continuity of safety expertise) - Manage budget/resources.
  

Education, Experience and Skills

• - At least 12 years of experience in the field of occupational safety and health. - Higher technical college/university or specific safety education (according to local requirements) - Industrial safety engineer certification - Analytic, abstract thinking, good communication skills, initiative, independent, sharing knowledge, stress tolerance and teamwork. - Good written and spoken English with didactical skills and cultural awareness. - Experience working in operation and/or field and have understanding of safety process. - Preferable bachelor’s degree in an EHS related study or comparable safety related studies/experience.
