Key tasks - Lead each distributor’s Business plan which included quarter plan and implement plan
- Develop and grow sales through the distributor channel, pushing & controlling sell-in/sell-out and develop distributors and their customer base.
- Lead distributor and digital solution (basically Sell out data)
- Weekly, Monthly report of activities and sales
- On a weekly basis monitoring and reporting on distributor sales and share with team member
- Prepare distributor meeting such as conference, visitor and internal stakeholder visiting.
- Support B2B Core team activities with distributors
- Managing and developing customer portfolios for the distributor
- Gather and Analyze market pricing information and sharing with internal team to keep price competitiveness
- Improve distributor competency
- Implement Local / National Promotion to achieve each distributor’s target.
- Contract management for distributors
Other tasks - Forecast B2B/B2C volume and check monthly forecast aligned with business plan
- Support distributor’s B2B/B2C sales requirement in line with indirect sales delivery Plan
- Engage with Seoul, Busan distributor community and contribute to goals
- Recommend the appropriate pricing system/level for specific customers in order to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Support and implement distributor staffs training and coaching.
- Feedback for each marketing activities and coaching distributor’s local promotion
- Provide front line technical support to distributor and other indirect lubricants business, specifically with respect to training for mechanics in workshops etc
REQUIREMENT - Leadership to lead project with other departments.
- Negotiating and analytical skills
- Listening skill to catch behind needs and cause for problem, requirement from customer.
- Highly organized, mature, aggressive, outgoing and able to work independently under pressure
- Knowledge of B2B, B2C lube products
- Experience in Sales, Technical expertise
- Good interpersonal skills to interface with sales and marketing
