Field Service Engineer will: - Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of independent on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. - Independently instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and determines methodology and adopts various product designs into the customer products. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures. - Determining the most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime. - Advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements. - Report spare parts requirements. - Provide technical support via telephone/email and serve as a communication link with the internal factory staff.

ㆍ경력 : 경력1년↑
ㆍ경력 : 경력 1년 ~ 5년 - Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering related field. - 1 - 5 years relevant field service experience. - Must be able to travel at least 75% and up to 100% when needed. - Including oversea. - A person who has no reason to be disqualified for traveling abroad. - Good command of written/spoken English and Korean is must.
Desired qualifications - Excellent customer service skills - Solid written and oral communication skills - Ability to lift and carry up to 25kg. is a must - Laser experience is a plus
