Technical Competency . 5+ IT general skill set (application handling, system admin experiences, ITSM tool experienced) . English & Korea bilingual communication . Replacing Corporate functional IT support resources (5~10 FTE) . Replacing Logistics operation support resources (5~10 FTE)
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role . maintain company Retail applications such as Assist, SIM, and other retail application. . Categorizing L1 ticket and solve them . Escalation of ticket to L3 and communication with global L3 support staff . 10~20% of store visiting once incident is not clear (Simulation of bug, documentation of incident and communication L3 global team) . Using ServiceNow for ticket management . Coordination of IT Infra as L2 support
