L2 Incident analysis
on Logistics services based on Web Application and SQL Data § Analyze application malfunction issue, Select and analyze SQL data which
contains order information. o
Understanding of ITSM
system like ServiceNow, and its aspects of incident, problem management (ITIL
certificate preferred) o
Troubleshooting based
on given KBA(Knowledge Base Article) and route unresolved incidents to right
L2/L3 team. o
Communication with
global tech team in Slack/Email/Zoom Call/In Person |
