- Develop NPD (New product development) / launch & activation plan to contribute brand growth - Develop business growth strategy and gain cross-functional alignment to develop innovative and achievable business plans - Develop longer-term brand growth plan including new product pipeline and brand evolution strategy - Analyzes key performance indicators and financial reports such as brand sales, market share, offtake, and PnL - Conducts consumer/market research to find new opportunity area - Develop and implement Integrated marketing communication (TVC, PR, digital, Instore) - Develop effective P.O.S.M (merchandising tools) and promotional package based on specific channel / shopper insights.
[자격요건] - Bachelor’s degree and above with relative brand management experiences - More than 7 years of FMCG or OTC marketing experience - Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently - Strategic thinking & analytical and problem-solving skills - Consumer obsessed & agile mindset
