담당업무
- Support overall Import operations (support customs clearance, schedule, tax,etc.)
- Handle issues of delivery, invoice, return and damage with 3PL
- Handle sales forcasting and PO
- Register new article variant/vendor in OA
- Manage invoice, packing list, BL and marine insurance
- Quarantine with K-FDA for hygiene products (such as follow-up for Random inspection, Intensive inspection for new product, communicating with bonded area for rework & quarantine details for labeling product)
- Input Sales orders and monitor shipment status from a warehouse on a daily basis
- Support 3PL/ Warehouse inventory management
- Proceed monthly closing (issuing tax invoice)
응시자격
- Minimum 3 years of experience related to Supply Chain, Importing, and Sales Management
- Bachelor’s degree related to business administration, international trade
- Accurate, high attention to details
- Strong communication skills, proactive cooperation with other teams
- Intermediate level of written English and Chinese preferred
- ERP (Oracle) experience is preferred
