Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

- Over 10 years proven track record within a sales capacity, ideally within FMCG industries

- Proven team leader who can set objectives, performance manage a team and develop individuals to achieve their potential

- Significant experience of Sales in consumer industry/drinks industry, including leadership role

- Advanced influencing skills and wholesaler management capabilities

Desirable:

- Solid skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and customer service

- Strong good numeric ability and able to identify insights from data
