DESCRIPTION: 

As a role that focuses on completing a project as efficiently and promptly as possible, expect to see any of the following duties and responsibilities:

• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Read vendor prints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
• Supervise the production process.
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain NCR systems
• Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks
• Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company
• Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topic
• Monitors compliance with safety procedures
• Maintains records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

Preferred 6~10 years’ experience dedicated in this field and includes degrees in any of the following fields:

• Engineering
• Manufacturing
• Inspection
• ESH preferred

QUALITIFCATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS: 

• Should possess high levels of the below skills to perform well in the role:

  • Certification in quality control is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
  • An eye for detail, to catch defects.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
  • Math skills ? data reporting, measuring, calibrating, and calculating specifications are just some of the many skills you should possess.
  • Critical thinking skills, to help work through customer problems and production issues, as well as develop strategies for improving product quality.
  • Physical strength and stamina, as the job requires time on the feet.
  • Ability to read vendor prints, technical documents, and manuals.
  • A desire to achieve the best and ensure top-quality products.
  • Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies(preferred)
  • Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections(preferred)
