현재는 국내에 근무대상으로 채용을 진행하고 있으며 향후 training purpose / opportunity obtaining purpose 해외 파견 또는 Co-ordination 가능
본 헤드헌터는 당사의 HR( 2개국 담당 총괄 인사), 기술 프로젝트 임원, PM, Analyst 와 커뮤니케이션을 진행하고 있으며 원어민급의 영어를 구사 하고 있습니다.
주 담당업무
ㆍL1 support of Manhattan WMOS application running in client`s distribution centers
ㆍworking with SQL and ticket system
ㆍproactively lead crisis calls and ensure rapid closure of all priority issues
ㆍco-ordinate with client and end -users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents
ㆍsupporting products in production using observability and alerting tools - Splunk etc
ㆍcommunication client facing - internal also ( 국내 배치되어 있는 인도인 엔지니어, 애널리스트들과 활발하게 대화가 가능해야하므로 영어는 필수 입니다.)
ㆍpreferable to have experience working in peak season support ( 전반적인 지원 업무)
ㆍneed to make sure team meet all client agreed to SLA ( Service level Agreement - 서비스수준협약 공급업체서비스 기대수준 동의계약)
ㆍworking fast paced service-oriented environment
지원자격 | ㆍBachelor`s degree / Foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
ㆍMinimum 5~7years experience with Information technologies
ㆍMinimum 4 years of experience in Warehouse Management domain preferably in Manhattan WMOS application support
( 국내 Manhattan WMS 는 생소할수 있다고 판단하여 WMS - Oracle/ SAP 기반또는 허브 등의 user 또는 이해도가 있으신분은 충분히 기술적으로 Training 을 진행할수 있다고 판단하는점 감안 부탁드립니다.)
ㆍShould have experience in working Techno functional experience in various inbound, outbound and inventory functionalities of warehouse management
ㆍSQL technical experience to be preferred
ㆍprevious experience on working in onsite (inhouse) and offshore coordination
ㆍ영어 필수 - 원어민급은 아니더라도 의사소통에 문제가 없어야 하며 이메일링, 리포팅, 기술에 관한 논의 및 트레이닝 전반 영어 가능자가 아닌 분들은 진입이 쉽지 않을것으로 예상 |
