● Define in collaboration with the Purchasing network the Suppliers panel during the sourcing process
● Participate in the validation of processes of electronic components as Expert in semiconductors
● Support Project Platforms for the definition of technical requirements of components
● Provide expertise to the Valeo Sites in case of technical roadblocks of problem solving or incidents crisis related to semiconductor products and production processes
● Collect knowledge gained thru the Lessons Learned Cards (LLC) from incidents and chair the Group Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Technical committee
● Define, manage and update the Commodity Check Lists (CCL) capturing the key LLCs
● Train and Certify Supplier Quality Assurance Leaders and Engineers within the SQA Academy
● Challenge supplier Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and track Supplier improvement on preventive quality
● Deploy quality toolbox at top offender Suppliers within the Supplier Quality Improvement program
● Responsible for the key indicators:
○ Yearly reduction of Supplier Incidents affecting the Group for her / his Commodity
○ Incidents reduction of Suppliers in a Quality Improvement program
지원자격
● Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification● 8 years of relevant professional experience in the semiconductor industry regarding electroniccomponent production processes and their validation● Strong system understanding for semiconductor target applications and the semiconductorinterfaces● Leadership to support the problem solving process and capitalization of lessons learnt andpreventive actions● Sound knowledge and experience in lean application of automotive Software developmentprinciples (following ASPICE, Functional Safety ISO 26262, Cyber Security ISO 21434)● Fluent English language skills
