Main Responsibilities;
? Managing warranty team & business with team members
? Control of Warranty policy & warranty claims from service centers
- Revise warranty labor rate and warranty claim reimbursement to service centers
- Negotiate & communicate warranty policy with HQ
- Monthly claims inspection & analysis & reporting
- Warranty audit for claims from service centers
- Check service centers’ warranty process including required claim documents of warranty & failure parts handling.
- Handling goodwill case with HQ in case of out of warranty
- Collect and utilize technical information from HQ for claims
- Inspect failure parts of warranty claims
- Warranty training for service centers
- Implementing of recall & service campaigns within service networks
