payroll, withholding tax, retirement benefit accrual calculations in
conjunction with external payroll service provider.
- ㆍCo-operates
in the regional Human Resources team for implementation of corporate HR
programs and attend regional HR project team members.
- ㆍDevelops
strong relationships with managers and employees by questioning,
listening, observing and analyzing data to determine Human Resources needs.
- ㆍActs as a
consultant to employees, management in the use of Human Resources programs
and processes.
- ㆍCommunicates and oversees the implementation of Human
Resources policies and programs related to recruitment, compensation &
benefit, employment law, training, and organizational & management development.
- ㆍAct as a
primary contact to ensure effective employee relations in matters of
supervision, discipline, discharge, motivation, performance evaluation
procedures, practice & policies.
- ㆍPartners
with hiring managers to recruit candidates for job openings, develops and
maintains workforce planning and forecasting to business objectives.
- ㆍDelivers HR tasks including Benefit, HRM,
Talent Management.
- ㆍCertain
select Administration functions.
자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑ ㆍ비지니스 레벨 이상 영어 필수
